1. Return Window

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions within 24–48 hours.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the original shipping package without prior authorization from our team.
4. Inspection and Refund Processing
Inspection: Once your returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.
