1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Our total delivery time is split into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time. Your order will be delivered within the following timeframe:
Total Estimated Delivery Time: All destinations expect 8 - 22 business days.
Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Operating Days: Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 7 - 20 Business Days (Operating Days: Monday to Friday)
Please Note: Orders placed after our 2:00 PM cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or statutory holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your package's progress directly via our tracking page or the carrier's official website.
4. Address Changes & Order Cancellation
Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@msnbmbn.us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
Cancellations: You may request a full cancellation before the product is processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our Return Policy upon receiving the item.
5. Delivery Exceptions (Delays)
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives on time, minor delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or peak logistics seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). We appreciate your patience and support during these rare instances.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives significantly damaged, please take clear photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, or if it stops updating for an extended period, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
